12 Minors & Age Policy
The phjoi Platform is strictly for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming age requirements. phjoi does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
As part of the phjoi registration process, all Players are required to declare their date of birth and confirm they meet the 21-year minimum age requirement. Age verification via a valid Philippine government-issued ID is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all data relating to that account will be deleted to the extent legally permissible, and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
13 International Data Transfers
The phjoi Platform is primarily designed to serve Filipino players, and the majority of personal data processing takes place within the Philippines or in jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection. Where personal data is transferred to a third party located outside the Philippines (for example, an international game content provider or cloud infrastructure provider), phjoi ensures that such transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards in place, including:
- Transfers to countries recognized by the National Privacy Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection;
- Data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses that impose equivalent data protection obligations on the recipient;
- Binding corporate rules or equivalent organizational policies where the recipient is part of a group of companies.
You may request further information about cross-border data transfers involving your personal data by contacting phjoi's support team.
14 Third-Party Services & Links
The phjoi Platform may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO), live game streaming providers, and analytics tools. These third-party services operate independently of phjoi and are governed by their own privacy policies. phjoi is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service provider.
phjoi selects third-party service providers carefully, assesses their data protection practices, and requires them to comply with data protection standards consistent with applicable Philippine law through contractual obligations. However, Players who interact directly with third-party payment platforms (e.g., through the GCash or Maya apps) should review the privacy policies of those platforms independently.

Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the phjoi Platform, with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.
Minor changes — such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not substantively affect how phjoi processes personal data — may be made without advance notice. The effective date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the date of the most recent version. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of how phjoi handles your personal data.
