1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phjoi, creating an account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with phjoi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phjoi with respect to your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phjoi Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the phjoi Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register or hold accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement, whether with phjoi or through any other Philippine gaming regulatory program.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements. phjoi reserves the right to verify these requirements at any time by requesting documentary evidence, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.

4 Account Registration

To access Real Money Games on phjoi, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile phone number.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phjoi employs automated systems to detect multi-accounting, including device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing. Detection of multi-accounting will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phjoi login credentials (username and password);
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Ensuring that the information on your account remains accurate and up-to-date at all times;
• Preventing unauthorized persons, including minors under the age of 21, from accessing your account or device.

phjoi will never request your password through any channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from phjoi asking for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to phjoi support immediately.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

phjoi is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. This is a mandatory compliance requirement and is not optional. The KYC process requires you to provide:

• A clear copy or photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (acceptable documents include: Philippine passport, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, SSS ID, or PRC ID);
• A selfie or photograph of you holding the identification document;
• Proof of your registered Philippine mobile number or email address, as applicable;
• Additional documentation as may be reasonably required by phjoi in specific circumstances.

KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission under normal operating conditions. Once successfully verified, your account is approved for all future withdrawals without repeat verification, unless phjoi determines at its sole discretion that re-verification is necessary.

6 Deposits & Payments

phjoi accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven. Available methods may change from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your phjoi account.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are legally yours and have been obtained from lawful sources;
• You are not using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity;
• The payment method you are using is registered in your name and you are authorized to use it;
• You accept that deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP) and all account balances are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified.

phjoi does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider (e.g., GCash, bank) may apply their own transaction fees. phjoi is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests on phjoi:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• phjoi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its anti-fraud and compliance obligations;
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and vary by payment method;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days. Processing times during Philippine public holidays and weekends may vary;
• phjoi reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a violation of these Terms, or a pending compliance review.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

phjoi offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all phjoi bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before withdrawal of bonus funds or any associated winnings is permitted. The applicable multiplier is specified in the relevant promotion terms;
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, Color Game, and table games may contribute at a reduced percentage compared to slots. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms;
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without prior notice;
• One Bonus at a Time: phjoi does not permit Players to hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless expressly permitted in the relevant promotion;
• Abuse: phjoi reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and/or suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting low-risk betting patterns to meet wagering requirements artificially.

9 Gameplay & Fair Use

phjoi is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the Platform use independently certified random number generation to ensure genuine randomness and fairness in outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in professionally managed studios.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that affects the outcome of a game round, phjoi reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's account. phjoi's records shall be the definitive reference for resolving disputes regarding game outcomes, bet placement, and account transactions.

By placing a wager, the Player acknowledges that:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system;
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random processes and are not influenced by phjoi or any third party;
• Past game results do not influence future outcomes in RNG-based games;
• Gambling involves financial risk and that the Player may lose the entirety of any funds wagered.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjoi Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with phjoi staff;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phjoi staff or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your true location where such access is in violation of applicable law;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest behavior in connection with gameplay or transactions.

11 Responsible Gaming

phjoi is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling may lead to financial, emotional, or social harm, and we actively provide tools and resources to help Players maintain healthy habits.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phjoi Players and can be activated at any time from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your phjoi account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous gameplay to help you stay aware of time spent on the Platform;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, your account cannot be used to place bets;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your phjoi account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum exclusion period and takes effect immediately upon request.

12 Suspension & Termination

phjoi reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's account in the event of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period;
• Requests from applicable Philippine regulatory authorities;
• Any conduct that phjoi reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity or security of the Platform.

Upon termination, phjoi will return any remaining real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable identity verification and provided no active fraud investigation is pending. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account termination regardless of reason.

Players may voluntarily close their phjoi account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoi's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjoi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond phjoi's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or acts of God;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decision made by a Player in connection with their use of the Platform, including any gambling loss;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phjoi's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the phjoi Platform, including but not limited to the phjoi brand name, logo, game assets, software, graphics, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of phjoi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phjoi content without express prior written consent from phjoi.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

phjoi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the phjoi website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjoi implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security. Players are encouraged to use strong passwords and to enable two-factor authentication on their phjoi accounts.

16 Amendments to These Terms

phjoi reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter Player rights) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the phjoi Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and phjoi, the Player is encouraged to first contact phjoi's customer support team via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. phjoi will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
